Refund policy

If you're not happy with the received item for some reason, it's possible to exchange it or get a refund. A return for the item must be initiated within 14 days of delivery, and it should be posted back in the condition received.

The buyer is responsible for return shipping charges and will not be reimbursed for the original shipping cost. Any international customs duties and taxes will not be refunded. Returns of customized or made-to-order are possible only if arrived damaged. In this case, please contact me with photographs of the damaged item/items as soon as possible. 

If you are a consumer based in the EU, you may have additional rights relating to returning items. In this case, you will be entitled to elect to use either the CRD or the seller's policy in respect of returning a particular item.
